The versatile telescopic underfloor vent can be adjusted vertically between three and five brick courses, to allow for uneven ground and raised patios. To achieve the correct airflow, you can team it with the Manthorpe G930 Airbrick or combine the aperture with a standard clay airbrick. It’s also a great way to ensure your home conforms to Building Regulations.
