Make sure lintels and cavity trays are properly drained, as well as keeping cavity walls well ventilated, with the Manthorpe G950TR weep vent. It easily slots in the perp joint between two bricks and is then mortared into position, providing ventilation and a point of drainage for the cavity behind.



The cavity wall weep vent has a baffled grille that prevents wind and rain from entering. An insect grille and drip lip keeps out any large insects but is still large enough to stop any debris from blocking the vent. It should be placed in the furthest corner away from the finished roof line when it's combined with Manthorpe catchment trays.
