If you’d like to return your goods, or part of your goods, please contact your local Elliotts branch to arrange this.  

If you no longer need a product you ordered:  

• At our discretion, collection of goods may be subject to a charge equal to that of the original delivery charge  
• There may be an additional charge to collect from some locations or for some product types due to distance and/or handling requirements   
• At our discretion, returns may be subject to a restocking charge 

Non-returnable goods

Unless faulty or delivered by accident, we will not accept returns for the following:  

• Rapidly deteriorating products, such as turf or plants   
• Perishable goods, such as cement or plaster  
• Goods not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons  
• Goods which have been cut, made to measure or customised in some way  
• Goods which have become mixed inseparably after being provided  
• Gift cards  
• Out of date products  
• Goods which have been removed from their original packaging and no longer in good sellable condition
