Need some guidance on blue roofing batten? Here’s why we think blue is one of the best quality battens you can get.
Type A batten is suitable for use in roofing applications, or as a support to load-bearing structures.
Our sawn treated batten is kiln dried and pressure-treated to prevent rotting and splitting. Available in 4.2m and 4.8m lengths, sawn batten is a good option for providing a secondary framework.
Counter batten is fix vertically to pitched roofs and is required if you want to increase air flow between rafters.
