Description
The Thermalite Hi-strength block features a clever micro-cellular design that traps small pockets of air inside each block. This makes it much lighter than traditional blocks, so it’s easier to handle with no compromise on strength. The design increases the block’s fire-resistant properties for a safer build. It also delivers outstanding sound insulation to keep exterior noise down to a minimum.
It’s a greener choice, too, especially if you want to cut your CO2 emissions. The Thermalite block is an effective thermal insulator and is made from 80% recycled materials. It’s perfect for structures that depend on high loading strength, such as multi-storey buildings and large scale constructions. Each Thermalite block has a 7.3N compressive strength rating, with a dry density of 730kg/m³.
