Norton 66623372704 Expert Cork Sanding Block is used to hold sandpaper during sanding, to create a smooth and consistent finish.

The sandpaper wrapped around the block removes material from surfaces either to make them smooth or to remove a layer of material. This block is made up of cork that has one smooth flat side.
