Elliotts Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Elliott Brothers Ltd (“Elliotts”). 

2. Eligibility
The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Elliotts, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. How to enter
Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. To enter, participants must complete the online entry form via the official Elliotts prize draw landing page by scanning the QR code displayed on Elliotts promotional materials or by visiting the specified URL.

Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

4. Opening and closing dates
The prize draw opens on 1st February 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 31st March 2026. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.

5. The prize
One winner will receive a YETI bundle. The Yeti bundle pictured in the competition images may differ slightly to the prize offered. The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash or alternative prize will be offered.

6. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.

The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the closing date using the contact details provided at entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 7 days, Elliotts reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Publicity
The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity related to the promotion. Participation in publicity is optional.

8. Data protection
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in Elliotts’ Privacy Notice below. Personal data collected for the purpose of administering the prize draw will not be used for marketing unless the participant has explicitly opted in.

9. General
Elliotts reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by English law and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

Elliott Brothers Ltd (“Elliotts”) is committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy.

What data we collect
When you enter the prize draw, we collect your name and contact details (such as email address and mobile number), and any other information you choose to provide.

How we use your data
We use your personal data to:
•    Administer the prize draw
•    Contact the winner

If you choose to opt in, we will also use your data to send you marketing communications about Elliotts products, offers, competitions, events and promotions via the channels you select (email, SMS and/or WhatsApp).

Lawful basis for processing
•    Prize draw administration: Legitimate interests
•    Marketing communications: Consent

You are not required to opt in to marketing communications in order to enter the prize draw.

How long we keep your data
Personal data collected for the prize draw will be retained for up to 90 days after the draw has closed, unless a longer retention period is required by law or you have opted in to receive marketing communications.

You have the right to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw your marketing consent at any time.
