SureCav50 is a 25mm deep Cavity Rainscreen, spacer system. It is the ONLY approved way to build a 50mm cavity, that is BBA approved for use in any exposure zone.

SureCav50 is a moulded, 100% recycled, polypropylene panel with spacer protrusions, forming a 50mm clear cavity and providing the perfect backing board for the stone, slate, brick and flint outer leaf. 

The SureCav50 protects against wind-driven rain, ensures a clear, moisture and mortar-free cavity, eliminating the risk of water ingress from dirty cavities. Can be used in any construction type, with any masonry finish. SureCav50 does away with the need of a concrete backing block behind your stonework, saving internal floor space reducing your wall width by 125mm! 

Also available is the SureCav25 and SureCav Washers for fixing to a timber frame.
