The Staifix Thor Helical Crack Stitching Bar (STHCS61000) is a fast and non-disruptive repair solution for minimising further cracking in masonry. The stitching bar is ideally used for permanently repairing vertical or stepped cracks in masonry.

Manufactured from stainless steel which provides strength and hardness to the product and thereby providing corrosion resistance. This stainless steel bar provides an axial strength when reconnecting cracked masonry, eliminating the need to rebuild and absorbing further localised stress. 

These helical bars are chemically bonded into horizontal slots and cut in bed joints, which stitch across the crack. When installed, these bars evenly redistribute tensile forces over the reinforced area to stabilise the structure.
