Description
Marley Plain Eaves Roof Tile (in Grey) is used on the lowest row of tiles that meets the fascia board to provide the double lap for the first row.
Suitable for roof pitches between 35° and 60°, this modern concrete tile is tougher than other alternatives and includes two nail holes for secure installation.
Available in a range of colours to suit your property, it is advised that the bottom course must have an overhang of 50mm during installation to ensure optimum drainage into the guttering.
