The Makita BL1850B 18V x 5.0Ah Li-ion Battery offers 66% more capacity than the 3.0Ah option without any additional weight or size, providing perfect balance and comfort for all 18V Makita tools that carry the star symbol.
The battery is protected against overheating, making it suitable to safely provide high discharge during heavy demand and ensures the working life of the battery is longer.
Like the other models, the Makita BL1850 comes with a battery capacity LED to show how much power you have left. The recharge time for the 5.0Ah battery is only 45 minutes when used with a Makita DC18RC or DC18RA charger.
