Description
The Festool KAPEX KS 60 leaves out everything you don’t need, including every unnecessary gram of weight. Its guide rods sit flush with the body, so the saw is very compact. Well-placed carrying handles, a cord holder and a transport lock make it easy to move between jobs.
It doesn’t compromise on precision or versatility. You can mitre up to 60° and bevel up to 47° or 46° on either side. Festool’s twin-column guide, with two bearings, keeps the blade running smoothly and reliably. A cutting depth limiter makes grooving quick, and a pull-out extension table supports longer workpieces. Used with the bevel, you can set the angles for skirting boards and cornices accurately without doing any calculations.
You can add an LED spotlight, included in some sets or sold as an accessory, to show the cutting line clearly. Connect a Festool mobile dust extractor to capture dust at the source for a cleaner, healthier workspace. The UG-KAPEX base frame works as both a stand and a transport frame, so the saw is even easier to move around.
