Highly versatile, Everbuild 503 SBR bond is a styrene butadiene, synthetic rubber (latex based) water resistant bonding agent and admixture waterproof bonding agent, a great way to improve the consistency of your cement, render, screed or mortar. It can also be used as a primer and sealer when installing tiles. The rubber-based formula is water-resistant once it’s set, so it’s ideal for any areas outside your home that are often exposed to humidity, dampness, or are continuously wet.



Everbuild 503 SBR bond waterproof bonding agent helps the long-term durability and flexibility of your mix. Not only is it highly resistant to salt and frost, but it also minimises the chance of concrete dust. One litre will cover approximately 4 sq. metres. In comparison to PVR 503 SBR Bond is not adversely affected in wet conditions and therefore is recommended for exterior use.
