Versatile and ready to use, the Dow Corning firestop 400 acrylic sealant is ideal for pointing around the inside of door and window frames to keep the integrity of fire walls. It can also be used on the linear joints in fire rated walls as it swells under high temperatures and produces a fire and smoke-resistant seal.







This paintable water-based sealant offers good adhesion to a wide variety of substrates without any need for a primer. Resistant to mildew, mould and UV, you know it’s built to last. Plus, it’s tack free in only 30 to 45 minutes, so you won’t delay the rest of your project waiting for it to dry, either.
