Tegula Paving
Tegula block paving is a true modern classic. During manufacturing, the blocks are carefully ‘tumbled’ to give them an aged appearance, while retaining the strength and durability of brand new blocks.
Tegula is extremely versatile and can be used to create beautiful paving layouts for driveways, patios or garden paths. In fact, this rich and textured range of block paving will add style and character wherever you choose to use it, working well with both modern and period properties.
Sienna Cobble Setts
For natural granite-style block paving, Sienna is the perfect choice.
These contemporary paving blocks are manufactured with a sparkling granite aggregate surface layer, bringing a touch of class to your driveway, patio or garden path.
Tobermore Block Paving FAQs
To achieve an even blend of colour when laying multi-blend paving blocks, flags and walling products, it is recommended to mix from three or four different pallets.
Efflorescence occurs as cement and rain chemically react together producing calcium hydroxide.
As the concrete dries, the calcium hydroxide reacts with the carbon dioxide in the atmosphere to produce calcium carbonate, which manifests as a white solid.
Tobermore have combatted instances of efflorescence for over 20 years by curing products slowly in a vapour chamber for 12 hours resulting in products that are virtually efflorescence free.
Concrete block paving is laid “flexibly” on a bed of sharp sand between 30 and 50mm deep.
Concrete block paving can also be laid “rigidly” although this is less common. Laid “rigidly” means laid on a bed of cement mortar.
