If you need to smooth and level uneven rigid internal floors, Everbuild Sikalevel 125 latex self-levelling compound is a great option. It can be easily added to concrete, as well as sand and cement screeds, to improve resilience and flexibility. With a layer thickness featheredge of 25mm, it’s also suitable for use with a range of tiles and with underfloor heating.



The fast setting and drying compound can be walked in only two to four hours, so it won’t hold up the rest of your construction project. It has a good surface hardness and appearance, but should be covered with a floor covering once dry. This latex levelling compound can also be used in underfloor heating applications, beneath heating cables and pipes or on top of heated screeds. Once dry, SikaFloor 125 has a good surface appearance and hardness with excellent freeze thaw resistance. It’s ready to use too, just add water.
