Welsh Slate
Our 40mm slate is ideal for creating foot traffic pathways, planting beds, borders, and rockeries.

For paths
Place your landscaping fabric or weed membrane to create a base for your aggregate.
The aggregate is then ready to be laid, for the best coverage the depth should be around 40-50mm, but this may vary depending on the stone being used.
For driveways
You'll need a sub base and geotextile, and if preferred gravel grids.
While both provide excellent drainage and are typically more cost-effective than other materials, it's important to consider the style and feel you want for your landscape.
Pebbles are a great choice for a more natural look, while chippings can create unique patterns and designs in your garden.
Chippings are also a great choice for driveways.
