Trading FAQ

Great news! We have re-opened our branches after a short closure.

We have made some changes to the way we trade to keep it as safe as possible for you and our teams.

How can I order materials?

If you are an account customer, you can order your building materials by contacting your local branch.

The only exception to this is our Fordingbridge branch which remains closed for now. All Fordingbridge trade is going through our Ringwood branch.


We will not be taking orders from non-account holders at this time. However, if something urgent comes up, e.g. an NHS project or public welfare, get in touch and we'll do our best to try and help. Please email essential@elliotts.uk.


Can I turn up to the branch to order materials?

No. We are only arranging orders for:

  • Delivery
  • Pre-booked collection


If you turn up to the branch and don’t have a pre-booked order, you will be turned away. Please contact your local branch by phone to arrange a delivery or collection.


Are your shops open?

No, the insides of our shops remain closed for now. We hope to reopen them soon, watch this space!


What safety measures have been put in place?

We want to make your experience with us a safe one. So we’ve been busy putting safety measures in place in-line with government guidelines. This includes contact-free deliveries. Click here to find out more.


Are your Elliotts Living Spaces showrooms open?

No, they remain closed for now. However, we still have designers working remotely. So if you have an enquiry, please get in touch.
