It's an exciting time to join the team; we're creating a People Strategy, and we'd love for you to contribute to that; with ideas, experience and implementation skills.
The main part of the role is supporting our Branch Managers, and our approach is a coaching one - helping them upskill. You'll be offering commercially sound solutions, based on evaluated risk.
You'll be dealing with everything through the complete employment cycle from recruitment to leavers.
You'll also be involved in some interesting projects we're working onto further improve our employee experience.
